Physical identity
Manufacturer, model, part number, serial number, chemistry, rating-label photograph, pack photograph and any known donor details.
Bring us an EV or hybrid high-voltage battery pack for an off-vehicle assessment. We identify the physical pack, record the available electrical and diagnostic evidence, and issue a clear certificate linked to its part number, serial number and photographs.
The test record is built around the loose pack and the evidence available on the bench. Vehicle registration and donor VIN can be added when known, but they are not required to identify or certificate the battery.
Manufacturer, model, part number, serial number, chemistry, rating-label photograph, pack photograph and any known donor details.
Available pack voltage, SOC, SOH, capacity evidence, insulation and resistance readings, module spread, temperature data and recorded test conditions.
Available BMS communication, fault codes, contactor and pre-charge observations, cooling or leak checks, and charge/discharge test results.
Every result keeps the identity, custody and limitations of the tested pack visible.
Tell us the part number, serial number, origin, present condition and why the pack needs testing.
We review the condition and agree how the battery can be received before it is moved.
A competent technician records the applicable checks, equipment, conditions and limitations.
You receive a viewable and printable certificate linked to the photographed pack and rating label.
Record condition before deeper diagnosis, module work, sale, reuse planning or a decision about whether further investigation is worthwhile.
An off-vehicle result is not a roadworthiness test and does not automatically confirm compatibility, installation suitability, transport status, warranty or future life.
A consistent record for battery owners, repairers, dismantlers, insurers, workshops and other businesses handling a known pack.
No. This service is designed for a battery pack outside the vehicle. Known donor details help provide context, but the certificate identifies the pack using its own markings and photographs.
No. Access, BMS communication, state, connector condition, manufacturer information and safe operating limits vary. The certificate records what was tested and any limitations.
No. Compatibility, programming, mechanical condition, installation requirements and manufacturer procedures are separate matters.
Please contact us first. Transport requirements depend on battery type and condition, and damaged or defective lithium batteries can require special arrangements.
Email clear photographs of the complete pack and rating label, plus the part number, serial number, known origin and any faults or damage. We will discuss the appropriate next step and intake arrangements.
